By booking your stay at My Home Disneyland, you agree to the following terms:



1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.


2. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the property
  • No parties or events allowed
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in for stays under 7 nights
  • For longer stays (7+ nights), cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a full refund
  • Late cancellations may incur partial charges (see detailed Cancellation Policy)


4. Security Deposit

  • A security deposit may be charged for any damages, missing items, or breach of house rules
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay


5. Identification

  • Government-issued ID must be provided before check-in for verification and security purposes


6. Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • The property is professionally cleaned before arrival
  • Guests are expected to maintain basic cleanliness during their stay
  • Any maintenance issues should be reported promptly
  • In case of key lost, €90 will should be paid.


7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items during your stay


8. Respect for Property

  • Please treat the home with care and respect, as you would your own
  • Additional fees may apply for excessive mess, stains, or damage
