By booking your stay at
My Home Disneyland, you agree to the following terms:
1.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
2.
House Rules
- No smoking inside the property
- No parties or events allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
3.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in for stays under 7 nights
- For longer stays (7+ nights), cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a full refund
- Late cancellations may incur partial charges (see detailed Cancellation Policy)
4.
Security Deposit
- A security deposit may be charged for any damages, missing items, or breach of house rules
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
5.
Identification
- Government-issued ID must be provided before check-in for verification and security purposes
6.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
- The property is professionally cleaned before arrival
- Guests are expected to maintain basic cleanliness during their stay
- Any maintenance issues should be reported promptly
- In case of key lost, €90 will should be paid.
7.
Liability
- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items during your stay
8.
Respect for Property
- Please treat the home with care and respect, as you would your own
- Additional fees may apply for excessive mess, stains, or damage
